Houston, Texas

Websites for Houston businesses that need one.

Five or six pages, built properly, live in 3 days. You own the domain, you talk to the person who builds it, and the price is on this page instead of behind a sales call.

Build
$1,200
Timeline
3 days
Upkeep after
$150/mo

Built for trades and local service businesses. Landscaping, fencing, roofing, electrical, pool service, tree work, pressure washing, restoration, general contracting. If your customers find you by searching and then calling, this is the kind of site that gets you those calls.

What you get

A site that does the job, not a brochure

Everything below is in the $1,200. There is no tier above this one and nothing gets held back as an upsell.

Five or six pages, not a one-pager

Home, your services, your work, the areas you cover, about, and a contact form. Each service gets its own page, because that is how people find you when they search for the specific thing they need.

Built for phones first

Most people who look you up are standing in their yard or sitting in a truck. Your number is tappable on every screen, and the site does not need pinching and dragging to read.

Fast, because slow sites lose people

Static pages, no page builder bloat, no twelve plugins fighting each other. It loads before someone gives up and hits back.

Set up to be found locally

Real page titles, a page per service, and the structured business data Google reads for local results. Most small business sites skip all three.

A quote form that actually reaches you

Submissions get emailed straight to you. I submit it myself before launch to confirm it arrives, because a form nobody tested is just a dead end.

You own all of it

The domain goes in your name, on your account, about $12 a year. I am not holding your website hostage and you can take it elsewhere whenever you want.

Sample build

Greenway Outdoor

Six pages for a landscaping company: home, services, work, service areas, about, and a quote form. Loads fast, works on a phone, and has the structured data Google uses for local business results.

Worth saying plainly: Greenway Outdoor is not a real company. I built it to show what you get, because showing beats describing.

Pricing

One price, written down

Half to start, half when it launches. No retainer to get started and no contract you cannot leave.

The build

$1,200

Five or six pages, one time

  • Everything in the list above
  • I draft the copy, you correct it
  • Two rounds of changes included
  • Live in 3 days
  • 50% to start, 50% at launch

Hosting and upkeep

$150/month

Starts when the site goes live

  • Hosting and the security certificate
  • Changes as they come up
  • I keep it online and up to date
  • No contract, no notice period

No long contract. Stop it whenever you want and the site is still yours.

One cost that is not mine: your domain name, about $12 a year, bought in your name on your own account. I will not register it for you, because then leaving me becomes a hassle and that is not how I want to keep clients.

How it works

Five steps, about 3 days

  1. We talk for fifteen minutes

What you do, where you work, what you want the site to bring in. Phone or email, whichever you prefer.

  2. You get the scope in writing

Which pages, what is included, timeline, and the price. One page, no legal language. You reply "approved" and that is the agreement.

  3. Half up front

Fifty percent to start, invoiced through Stripe. The other half when the site goes live and you are happy with it.

  4. I build it in 3 days

I draft the copy so you are not staring at a blank page. You send photos of your work. Then two rounds of changes, and anything past that we talk about.

  5. It goes live on your domain

I point the domain, check it on real phones, and submit the form myself to make sure it reaches you. Then the second invoice.

Who you are dealing with

It is just me, which is the point

I build these myself, here in Houston. You are not getting passed to an account manager and then handed off to someone overseas who has never seen your business.

That also means I take a few builds at a time, not twenty. If I am booked I will tell you that instead of stacking you in a queue.

Questions

The things people actually ask

What does it cost?

One thousand two hundred dollars for a five or six page site. Fifty percent to start, fifty percent when it launches. Hosting and upkeep after launch is one hundred and fifty dollars a month. No long contract, you can stop it whenever you want.

How long does it take?

Three days from the point I have your photos and your go-ahead. That part matters. The thing that slows builds down is waiting on content, not the building, so the clock starts when you send me what I need.

Who owns the domain?

You do. Buy it in your own name, on your own account, about twelve dollars a year. If you already own one we use it. I never register it for you, because then leaving me becomes a hassle and that is not a relationship I want.

What if I need changes later?

Two rounds are included in the build. After launch, the hundred and fifty a month covers hosting, ongoing changes, and keeping the site up and current. It starts when the site goes live.

Do I have to write it?

No. I write a first draft from what you tell me, you correct what is wrong. Nobody gets a blank page and a deadline.

Do you do SEO?

I build the parts that are structural: fast pages, a page per service, real titles, and the business data Google reads for local results. I do not sell a monthly SEO retainer, because at your size that is usually money for a report nobody reads.

What do you need from me?

Photos of your actual work, the services you want listed, the areas you cover, and the phone number and email you want calls going to. Photos matter most. For a trade the work is the whole sale.

Can I see something you built?

Yes, the sample on this page. It is a build I did to show the work rather than a client project, and I would rather say that than let you assume otherwise.

Get in touch

Tell me about your business

What you do, where you work, and whether you have a site now. I will tell you straight whether I can help and what it would cost. If you do not need me, I will say that too.

Setup needed: this form has no Web3Forms access key yet, so submissions will fail silently. Get a free key at web3forms.com, drop it into src/data/site.js, then submit the form once yourself to confirm the email actually arrives. Same step that is still outstanding on the demo.

Goes straight to my inbox. I will only use it to get back to you. No lists, no resale, no newsletter.
